He obviously phrased it poorly but the argument is that people have prejudice against pit bulls based on inaccurate information. Of the millions of them around, attacks are extremely rare & more likely to be reported compared to a nibble from a chihuahua. For obvious reasons. Responsible caretaking plays much bigger role than breed.
