𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦: Inaprubahan ng Bicameral Conference Committee ang ₱1.38 trilyong budget para sa edukasyon sa 2026 national budget—𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘀. Kasama rito ang ₱68 bilyon para sa pagtatayo ng mga silid-aralan at ₱25.6 bilyon para sa School-Based Feeding Program, at P67 bilyon para sa Libreng Kolehiyo, at mas mataas na pondo para sa Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) o scholarship allowance.

𝗜𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗸𝗼 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻: 𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻. Malaki ang maitutulong nito para bawasan ang classroom backlog, palakasin ang nutrisyon ng mga mag-aaral, at tugunan ang matagal nang problema sa ating mga paaralan.

Nagpapasalamat tayo kina Senate President Tito Sotto, House Speaker Bojie Dy, Senate Finance Committee Chair Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian, House Committee on Appropriations Chair Rep. Mika Suansing, sa ating mga kapwa mambabatas, at sa taumbayan na aktibong tumutok at nagbantay sa proseso upang masiguro na hindi nabawasan ang pondo ng edukasyon sa national budget.

Ngunit hindi pa rito natatapos ang ating trabaho. Sama-sama nating tiyakin na ang pondo ng bayan ay mapupunta sa tama—sa 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗸𝗮𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻, 𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶 𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻. ❤️🔥🇵🇭

Do not forget how Chiz delayed Sara Duterte’s impeachment and dribbled it to the SC until it was dead and archived.

In Zaldy Co's letter, he explained how Chiz Escudero pulled the strings, and adjusted the budget on his whim.

All these budget cuts were reallocated for Escudero's ₱200B "senate's share" in the guise of BUDGET INSERTIONS

Luckily, thru HoR's effort, the ₱16B budget for Military was spared, as well as ₱5.4B for the ASEAN meet.
