Sir, you have appealed to all Bharat Nagar citizens to cooperate with the MHADA survey starting 14th July for redevelopment under Regulation 33(5).

But what about the legal MHADA tenants of Plots 7, 8, 9, 12 & Chawls 53, 64 whose homes were demolished illegally by SRA ?

How will the survey be conducted for them? Will their names & eligibility for rehabilitation still be included in the final list even though structures no longer exist?

These families have valid MHADA tenancy documents for decades. Kindly clarify the process & intervene so they are not deprived of their rightful homes in the new project.

Respected MHADA,
Your notice dated 13/07/2026 says survey for Bharat Nagar redevelopment (Reg 33(5)) will start from 14.07.2026.

But what about legal MHADA tenants of Plots 7, 8, 9, 12 & Chawls 53, 64?

Their homes were illegally demolished by SRA, yet they have valid MHADA tenancy papers and Rent receipts for decades.

Questions:
1. How will you conduct survey for them when structures no longer exist?

2. Will their names & rehabilitation eligibility be included in the final list?

3. What is the clear process so they get their rightful homes in the new project?
Kindly reply urgently and ensure justice.

पण Plot 7, 8, 9, 12 आणि Chawl 53, 64 च्या कायदेशीर MHADA भाडेकरूंचे काय?

SRA ने त्यांची घरे बेकायदेशीररित्या पाडली आहेत, तरीही त्यांच्याकडे दशकानुदशके वैध MHADA भाडेपट्टा कागदपत्रे आहेत.

प्रश्न:
१. घरे अस्तित्वात नसताना त्यांचा सर्वेक्षण कसा घेणार?

२. अंतिम यादीत त्यांची नावे आणि पुनर्वसनाची पात्रता समाविष्ट केली जाईल का?

३. नव्या प्रकल्पात त्यांना हक्काचे घर मिळण्यासाठी नेमकी प्रक्रिया काय आहे?

Sir, please intervene & immediately halt the illegal SRA demolition of legal MHADA tenants in Bharat Nagar (BKC, Bandra East).

These families have valid MHADA allotment letters since 1975, rent receipts & fall under DCR 33(5) — not SRA. Demolitions without proper notices or agreement defy the law & court stays.

Give them their rightful larger rehab homes as per MHADA rules. Justice & humanity must come before profit.
