@Rogers Since when can we not contact customer support past 5pm?
After 18.5 years with Rogers, today I’ve moved to Bell.
Bell gives a better service on my cellular device, better customer service & a plan that’s cheaper and gives me more on my plan than what I had with Rogers.
@jillreports Explain why after nearly every other word does Jill finish a word with an “ah”.
Example: ”Well, let’s find out-a, what’s coming up next….”
Or,
“Have a great-a rest of your day-a, and we hope to be with you all-a tomorrow..”

@Apple I have mentioned this many times. Why do I keep getting charged twice for apps, where are all my double refunds over many months, & why don’t you have a system in place that alerts double purchases? For such a tech company it should be easy or is it just a easy money grab?

@AirCanada Air Canada. Boarding. What a gong show. Staff have no control and people don’t know how to group and move by their zones.
Before this zone business, people just boarded and flight always left on time. 🤦🏻
@hubbenefits I have NEVER known of a benefits company with such bad service. 4 attempts and messages left over a month + for them to contact me back, and still nothing.

@lyft Looks like I’m going back to using Uber in Vancouver as Lyft has a garbage GPS system. Once again. Picking people up from wrong locations and taking them to their destination via stupid long-winded routes.

Using this garbage food delivery system. In an already backward city, now we are subjected to the only food company in Vancouver who can’t deliver within 2 hours on a regular basis. Shut er down!
@facebook Why is it so fucking convoluted to delete or temporarily close a Facebook account? And when we do, it reopens itself in a week. You guys just can’t bare us leaving. So pathetic.
