@dianeygirl Still waiting for written confirmation for last September's transport. I had to call round taxi company's to see which one was picking him up.
Not holding much hope to hearing about his transport to college on the 6th Sept.

Today, his last day at school. I'm a bit emotional. He is a bit emotional.
He is 19 and diagnosed ASD at 16. I found the right school and he has flourished.

@freedom4lou My daughter has her stepdaughter living with her. Removed from mum with her 3 brothers. All living with different family members. Her dad, my daughters ex, didn't want her. She was taken from school and 'dumped' at my daughters in the clothes she was in. This was 3 yrs ago.

I now have lots of valuable factual knowledge...nobody messes with this mum 😂😂. (Ps my son is now 19 and wishes I'd shut up when I'm fighting his corner😂). Xx

@OrganCadenza I became a governor at my sons schools...things got sorted then. I can look back and laugh now, but I learnt how schools 'work' and how much 'power' a governor has. The bent over backwards to support him. 🤔🤔

@OrganCadenza My son refused to attend yrs 10 &11. With a good EHCP and the right school this month he leaves school aged 19 (yr14) and looking forward to college in Sept. I am so proud of him, but it has been hard work to get him this far ❤
