@LegalNaz @alinaismith @CrimeGirI If the dog is in police kennels once the court grants a cdo the police arrange neutering prior to being returned home. Some forces do it as soon as its granted others wait til certificate is granted.

@LegalNaz The police do it prior to returning the dog. Some will wait until you have paid for exemption and you have certificate, some will automatically book dog in for neutering after court.
