Words really can’t convey how poor the #USMNT played on Saturday. Our back line and defensive midfield players were atrocious at field vision, positioning, and ball control. How often does a pro have to be stripped of the ball under pressure before they realize the need to pass?
Where’s the @amazon “ice cream truck” already? I swear that if it just would swing by my house with frequent purchased items, I would likely buy them. Just send a notification that “We’ll be by in the next 30 minutes with x, y, and z items. Click here to buy.”
@MassLiveBoston & “Real Estate Newswire” making the point that bots cannot write articles by having a bot write a blatantly incorrect article using an outdated database record. The “Staff” byline obviously does not include any credible human being. https://t.co/436bUzeGxT
@34FelixForever@dcunited@MLS Sure that it was the same group? There are a bunch of fringe groups. Sat night was my 1st experience with them in the time I’ve been a local #DCU supporter. You can see me in the pics pleading to stop their hooligan behavior only to be threatened myself. See my tweets for details
@CalebPongratz10 It was sickening what happened in the @dcunited supporters section. You can check my tweets from Saturday for details. Probably the last time I go to support.
I have always had a good time supporting #DCUnited at Gillette since leaving DC, regardless of the taunts. Visiting supporters should expect to be taunted. That comes with the territory. We are there not for ourselves, but for our team. Too bad I probably won’t be going back.
Supporters @LBDD17 started a fight at Gillette, 3 climbing the fence between sections & viciously punching a taunting fan. Not the @dcunited supporters culture that I remember from my many years as a supporter. Had to leave with my kids who no longer felt safe. @ScreamingEagles
What happened last night in the @dcunited supporters section was inexcusable. It shook me, my family, & our friends 1 section over (which was designated for youth club attendees…meaning lots of children). Idiotic, self-centered, and (in one incident) likely criminal.
@Dlycious22@LBDD17@dcunited@ScreamingEagles Based on the way they responded to me I tried to cool things down, explaining that there are kids around, threatening me, they should all be banned.
Credit to the @NERevolution staff. Even with the police tower on alert, they came over to make sure that we were ok, asked us if they could relocate us, and then apologized. That’s class, a lot more than our @dcunited supporters showed. Shame on us.
