Spent the afternoon on Witcher 3.

Been working through the Novigrad quests. Get Junior, Sigismund Dijkstra treasure, the play and now about to finally rescue Dandelion.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, but Witcher 3 is a damn masterpiece

📍Imagine Bruno saying this - someone who is never injured and never tires to give his all for the team - is saying it was difficult to fulfill the role Amorim asked him to do.

📍This is the problem with some new young hipster coaches. They imagine scenarios and perfect diagrams on sheets but don’t take the human being or available players into consideration.

📍When it doesn’t work they throw tantrums about quality of players in press conferences and interviews.

📍While competent coaches can bridge that gap between the board and the pitch by adapting. They find a way to make it easier for their players.

📍Tomorrow as a twitter tactician I could devise incredible tactics where I need two midfielders with wings who can fly over a press with their giant feathers and attack and defend equally for 90 mins, thus being press resistant.

📍If it doesn’t work because I don’t have players with bird feathers on my team, it doesn’t mean I was a genius tactician who was let down by lack of player quality,
it just means I was let down by me being an absolute idiot.
