Somebody not that important

@charles_maddock Removed node modules

This is going to happen a lot. This not s technical problem and has nothing to do with Rust.

What does token spend even mean here? Like if I spent more it must be better?

ps: I’m not a Rustafarian

[James Ward @JamesWard]

We are about 3 months away from someone coming clean with this story:

We spent $4m in tokens to port our 2.7m LoC enterprise Java application to Rust.
- P99 performance increased by 0.3%
- RAM usage decreased by 2%
- Full compile times increased by 437x and required 279GB of disk.
- Incremental compile times increased by 9853x and required 279GB of disk.
- Average developer salary increased by 24%
- No one understands the code
- We are super hip again!!

@ThePrimeagen @PThorpe92 You forgot the popup inviting you to switch to the even worse new ui 😂

[F @filipSk]

@ThePrimeagen RIP free lunch

[F @filipSk]

@thdxr You need to fry it if you ever want to come close to product market fit

[F @filipSk]

@dhh Or the new fabs come online and nobody will be neededing the RAMs of today anymore, will they?

[F @filipSk]

@rauchg Im absolutely convinced that in the AI age this is absolutely not a good approach..

F.e. Different levels of responsibility need different access to the same information, not only format but also depth, relying on an Agent to this correctly is pure madness.

[F @filipSk]

@mitsuhiko That is the hard part, it’s not because your ideas are not worth writing, it’s because getting them to the point you actually like the draft is about „showing every day to the gym“ even when you don’t feel like it

[F @filipSk]

@thdxr I wanna call my friend on the phone and make him responsible

[F @filipSk]

[F @filipSk]

@ThePrimeagen I don’t understand Sama, please explain, is NeoVim still the best AGI?

[F @filipSk]
