@M0THB0Y It wasn't ideal but it did work if you paid. My audiology dept has also had funding and service levels cut, it was going to take a week to get a repair done without a replacement, which was ludicrous given I run 2 businesses. I'm v.fortunate to be able to afford private Phonaks.

@M0THB0Y @fesshole The ones I had required a "ReSound" clip at a cost of £350. The aids were identical to the retail ones with the BT chip removed. It only "saved" two connected devices and had a connection delay. I use high power BTEs though so the cost is higher for the aids due to the tech.

@RussInCheshire @robmanuel @AmazonUK Amazon's seller support is very hit and miss. When we sold CDs on the platform it often took many attempts to resolve issues with them. On one occasion when their software merged a new product with an older one, it took 20+ calls to resolve which was maddening. Keep chasing them.
