What kind of compensation packages will the council take? Where does the responsibility for this mess lie and who will step up to admit it?

This corner of Churchfield and Alfred roads has been in this state for WEEKS and nothing has moved forward, while local butcher/hero Tim English is about to go under thanks to custom being driven away by roadworks. Once again, why is @EalingCouncil twiddling their thumbs?
