@MichaelAdamsUk@russty_russ@MetroUK@DuncanLindsay@mr_sjpatterson Started filming at those studios exactly two weeks before I was born, my TV addiction literally from birth. There are stories of toddler me running into the living room from anywhere I was when that theme played!
@nottspolice really says something about something in Nottingham on a weekend and security on the door of @ManahattaUK are recording an incident taking place outside of the Alchemist near to the Brian Clough statue rather than reporting it! Spotted as I’m waiting for the bus home
@fimcfarlane86 Oh yes, I always leave a newspaper or carrier bag (scruffier the better as nobody wants to touch it) on seats where it is "open seating" in particular.
@Theatremonkey1 Haha mine is usually my coat or a bag if nothing of value is in it but still people go to that seat to sit down or hover in the interval
❤️ this, the Ralph line near the end of the movie was one of the first to come to mind when he died.
Bernadette was such a fabulous role and those lines especially the iconic moment in the bar will live rent free I’m my head forever
@russty_russ Blind Date and London’s Burning. Was in London nearly four weeks ago staying close to Waterloo Station, walked down south bank with my friend and passed the old studios. Such a shame it is no more
@Sarayatennis@Wimbledon I’m in the background with my friend. Incredible match to watch in person but so many moments on tenterhooks especially that third set. He deserved it though
@Zuffenhauzzen@Flaviocobolli I’m in the background of the first photo with my friend. Incredible match to watch in person but so many moments on tenterhooks especially that third set. He deserved it though
When you attend @Wimbledon and find yourself in the background for the post match interview with Flavio Cobolli 🎾🍓🍹 what a match and definitely one to watch
Thanks for sharing @the_shazzie_one
@tor_a@theatreandtonic My first was 2013, went back to back for years until it became far too overcrowded and the queue began to stretch all across the west end for it. Some fab memories but they need to limit numbers. I remember some years actually having plenty of space between groups
@theatreandtonic Went for several years in a row with a friend, the last time we tried we couldn’t get in as the queue was that long stretching down haymarket and into Leicester Square that we decided we’d not bother again
It’s too big for the space now, I have some fantastic memories of
@growyourown63@UKBackintheDay2@natashajbarnes He was, I can’t remember if it was in Nottingham or the west end this happened but he picked a little girl up for a photo so that they would be on same level and then in another bent down for an old lady in a wheelchair to get photos with her too. Such a lovely guy
