Today, I am resigning from the board of directors of ADOR.

I also intend to terminate the shareholders' agreement with HYBE and hold HYBE legally responsible for violating the shareholders' agreement.

Throughout this hellish dispute with HYBE, which has lasted over seven months and began with HYBE’s illegal audit in April, I have done everything I could to honor the Shareholders' Agreement and put ADOR back in the position it was in before April, but HYBE has refused to admit wrongdoing and shows no sign of changing, so I have come to the conclusion that further efforts are a waste of time.

I had hoped that HYBE would own up to their wrongdoing and have been working tirelessly to keep NewJeans within the crooked HYBE. That's why I sent two whistleblowing emails in April.

But instead of showing any remorse, HYBE has done the unthinkable, making up outrageous falsehoods and even going so far as to publicly display their shameful illegal audit. As a minority shareholder and CEO, they framed me as a "management takeover" and went on a witch hunt, making ignorant and uneducated attacks that are unbecoming of a large company.

After more than seven months of twists and turns, it appears that my whistleblowing was a legitimate accusation based on clear facts, while HYBE’s ugly lies and hypocrisy continue to be exposed.

The truth is, HYBE should have known from the beginning that my whistleblowing was true and that I was raising legitimate concerns.“
