Overheard boomer dudes conversation:
"My friend recently transitioned, late in life, she's a woman now, ya know. Anyway, we were at the pub and yer man greets us with 'hey lads'"
*aggrieved Italian noises from the rest of the table*
I love that we actually can be a bit normal
a (newer) friend just asked me my pronouns yesterday by saying “do you have a preference between he and they”. honestly was nice to be asked not in like the usual script but funny that it was within a he/they scope. he/him sun with a he/they rising
my doctor is finishing his residency and he said "thank you for being such a good patient." you’re telling me I don't like being called a good boy but being called a good patient is a different story??
Still thinking about the 60 year old dude I saw riding front row on a rollercoaster who wouldn’t stop yelling “let’s get our freak on” “let’s get freaky deaky” and 10 college dudes in the back screaming “yeah!”
