Korean and Thailand governments had similar playbooks in promoting their cuisine overseas. there are more Fil-Ams than Korean Americans or Thai Americans yet the number of Thai/Korean restaurants completely overshadows Filipino restaurants. something is not adding up here. it can't be just 'racism' or whatever.
