Because the clever cheating they do with customers is on another level.

Call to support for resolution, they will cancel your order and blame you without reason.

@SwiggyCares How delivery agent reached location in Mehrauli from Dwarka in 15 minutes ? Before leaving the delivery agent called me to confirm and that all happened. He didn’t reached at the location entered and asked me that he will wait until i talk to swiggy support.

They cancelled my order
Hung up phone

I contacted swiggy chat
They said cancellation charges applied

One of the worst e Commerce app to use @Flipkart they cheat, cheat like a pro. Not a single time i am experiencing this, it is now above the limit.
Definitely i am going to file a consumer complaint and case regarding this.

@FASTag_NETC I have raised support issue ticket but they took over 20 days to respond and after that they closed the request saying unable to resolve and ticket closed.

27/05/24 - Amt deducted from fastag for toll app. 120km away from my house but my car was parked in parking.
Ticket raised, waited, no response, and after 35 days of incident i receive a mail of support ticket closed.
Will that help me to trust @KotakBankLtd again? @FASTag_NETC
