Fracture is healed and I'm slowly returning to running, 5 minutes twice weekly with a slow titration until I return to previous form. Part of me wants to rush the process and run for longer but I do not want a repeat of those ugly, clunky boots.
Almost 3 years and we still haven't figured out what the hell is wrong with me. Who would believe it if I told them that I have had a meal (veggies, fruit, chickpeas and black-eyed peas)? It's like I never ate.
