@JustinUg_ I've been using this online Al Journal called Rosebud. You can set the response tone and style and change the journal mode to focused or conversational. If you struggle to journal, this will 100% ease that struggle, I promise.
Let me know how it goes 😌

This is so sad. Reminds me of the time I had a panic attack at a salon I used to work at. I’d taken the freight elevator to the basement to cry but I let out a loud shriek before reaching the bathroom, not realizing the entire salon above could hear me. I was fired the next day
Remembering that I’m actually a huge fan of Beyoncé and her music has been my biggest realization this month 😅 Somewhere between 2013 and 2016 after Lemonade I forgot 😭
Been watching her music videos on YouTube and I’ve been gagged and regagged all night. She’s such a legend
My journal went on to say
“while orderly environments promote convention and healthy choices, disorderly environments stimulate creativity and new insights. This might explain why a departure from tidiness can sometimes feel freeing and result in a positive, reflective state”
The one time I didn’t immediately unpack my suitcase after a trip, I lived out of said suitcase for about a week. Suitcase laid open in living room, clothes everywhere, takeaway plates and dishes piled up, fridge empty, I barely worked, everywhere was messy. And it was glorious!
“It's a form of psychological rebellion that can be liberating”
Tbh that’s exactly it. Lol
It’s just funny how I’ve always wondered about this but never actually asked questions or sought knowledge about it. Hmm.
They actually fall inlove before they even start talking to you😅😅😅
And then progressively get heartbroken as they find out you are nothing like they imagined you would be😅
Omg, Im reviewing résumé’s for a job opening and I’m kind of appalled by my level of nonchalance 🤣 because why are the candidates either unqualified with zero experience in/adjacent to the job, along with non-tailored resumes??
