@DavidSpinks@justinkan So your team member may have owned an OKR or a project, and if you take responsibility, it’s by asking:
“Did I support & coach them enough?”
“Did I set them up to succeed or set an unreasonable goal?”
“How did my actions undermine their efforts?”
Etc.
