@Etsy my shop account was suspended on Thurs with no warning, no notifications and no follow up. Almost five days of no sales. There are several other sellers in the same situation, all good standing accounts with thousands of sales. What’s going on?! Username is finestimaginary
@VirginAtlantic After no response to this I’ll ask again 🤷🏻♀️ can you confirm that for submitting a lost baggage claim (after 21 days of a missing bag), the receipts of the case and all its contents need to be provided?

@VirginAtlantic hi I need assistance with a lost bag, we’re on holiday and have heard nothing and the woman at MCO didn’t give me a reference number. WhatsApp & text have had no replies, email had no reply. Incredibly frustrating!
@VirginAtlantic Finally had a response via email that talks about claims taking 45 days. This isn’t a claim, this is a bag that was not put on a plane in Manchester (I had to ask for this to be tracked). I have a reference number now, can the bag be tracked? VSCR-00448376
