Service req 10258412953 is open for more than 48 hours and internet is down @airtelindia I made several calls to your helpline restore my board band line but no help was provided. Your customer service is pathetic. Which temple should I pray in to get @airtelindia broadband work?

Hey @Swiggy what's wrong with your customer care, it's been. Over 1.5 hrs since I ordered and still not delivered.

As it's delayed so much my wife asked to cancel the order and your customer care is just not responding. Is this the kind of service you give to end customers.
