@RahulBanerjeeMD @vhugo8762 @AjHematology Yessir! You are so very right on both counts! We have benefited from each of these. And we did Abecma and Tec without prophy Toci, then tal with it. Much, much preferred prophy rather than the days of fever before getting it.

Could have been a great success story for arlo and found it works great for hard to treat patients. Please have a 2nd arm in all trials for those who are excluded.

@hhashmi87 @Someone68423357 We tried to get my wife into this trial prior to going on tal but, unfortunately, she was excluded because she had PCL at dx and barely but never since. What a shame that these drug companies do this. They should have a second arm for the patients who are excluded. @Bristol_Myers

@HadidiSamer Thank you! That’s great news! My wife was last on daratumamab in 2020 and last on isatuximab in 2022. 48 months and counting since her last exposure to either of these. And both worked well.

@End_myeloma I totally agree! A another problem I see with trials is the number of patients who are excluded. There should be a second arm in all trials for those who are excluded.

And, with a second arm, no harm, no foul if it doesn’t work in that arm. Gonna need to know if these BCMA drugs work for those previously exposed.

@Myeloma_Doc Isn’t it time to include patients who have had BCMA CAR-T some time ago, say 3 years? We need to know if these drugs will work for this ever growing list of patients. Better yet, create a 2nd arm of the trial for those who are excluded.

It still maintains control of disease as she is still in SCR. Has worked great for us! She did step up dosing out patient with prophylactic Toci.

@NWSTallahassee We have totaled .45 inches in the Ashville community of NE Jefferson County. It keeps skipping us. I’m sure glad other folks are getting it. Fed hay to cattle yesterday. I hope to be finished feeding hay when February arrives in a normal year.
