The reason I'm in shape as a mid-40 year old dad with young kids & lots of responsibilities is because I CHOOSE TO HAVE 125 or so SUB PAR WORKOUTS A YEAR.

Our babysitter came today at 4:00pm & my first thought was I am so tired, I'm gonna pound a few chick-fil-a sandwiches & those delicious brownies & just chill!

Deep breath.
Remember who you want to be.
Remember the small choices compound.

At the gym showing up, not putting up zeroes, & doing my best - that's the win!!

Most of don't care if we can bench 400 or deadlift 3x our bodyweight...... we want to have:
•More energy.
•Look & feel better.
•Less chance of disease.
•Be a good role model for our kids.

Just keep showing up!!
Consistency over perfection.
