A company that tries to act solely based on market dynamics is doomed to fail because it lacks self-confidence; it relies on the market and liquidity, meaning it is preoccupied with stealing the public's money. When you delay a TGE based on market conditions it just tells the public that you rely on liquidity and lack confidence on the product.
