Having been at my job for 1 year as of today I just wanted to share my experience working in a healthy work environment vs an incredibly toxic work environment that I stayed in for almost 4 years.

4/ to clarify when I asked my old employer for examples of above mentioned attitude he said and I quot "huh I guess I should've came up with some of those." He didn't have any because it wasn't true.
