@MACcosmetics im sad because at Heathrow I wanted the new concealer studio radiance but they gave me the old one!! We had a colour swatch and everything and the one they gave ne is too bright and I prefer the new product! Sad times. What can you do? I won’t go to Heathrow forabit

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@thetrainline my train was delayed by 20 minutes and it was overbooked had to stand the whole way from Woking to Southampton central. There was also nowhere to wait in the warm at Woking. Someone even threw up on the train.

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@Uber what on earth is going on with this I waited 35 minutes for an uber to arrive and then had to put my own suitcase in the boot and then the driver also did not open the boot for me to get it out I had to do it myself. Disappointing service after waiting 35 minutes.

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@railair Or just tell your staff to accept the ticket ? I didn’t have an issue coming back on the return. It was just added stress

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@railair a driver on the RA2 has just told me that my ticket booked with you is not valid with a railcard? Surely the discount is only on the train part from Southampton? Bit unsettling considering I paid for a journey which is not valid? #makeiteasier

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@KeynoteEd I have not yet received a teams link to my A Level course, please would you sent it to me again so I can join this morning, please? Thank you

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@nationalexpress I find it completely unacceptable that an airport transfer is 39 minutes late. I am going to miss my flight. Where can I get a refund for my tickets?

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@vueling There is no claim for this. Just wanted to know the reason as we almost missed our connection

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@vueling good evening, what was the purpose of the one-hour wait for luggage to arrive at baggage reclaim in Gatwick tonight for flight VY 7828? #delays

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@VodafoneUK hi, I’m unable to stop the the ad texts you send, why is this?

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@ubereats_uk your cyclists need to do their cycling proficiency test it seems. One came out of nowhere at high speed and I almost hit him. Then he crossed at a busy crossing without looking. I told him he could get killed, be careful, and apparently I’m the ‘idiot’ he said.

[Finnuala @finnyqq]

@trainline You’ve cancelled my train it’s an advance single ticket, any opportunity of a refund because I’ve bought another ticket to leave earlier #cancelledtrain
