@dima_nomad The shortage is real, call any school bus co. in the GTA and they would be happy to recruit as many drivers as they can. Not a career due to split shift morning and afternoon with hourly wages associated to it.

@AirCanada@AirCanada paid for changing 4 business class tkts. Days later AC cancelled new flight & put us back on original flight, spent 3.5 hour on hold only to be told to email AC-email sent, days since emails sent no response yet, total $17k spent and zero customer service

@laffaner1980@AerLingus same here, calling does not help, as the response is "wait for our email and we have no idea when we will get to it".....email queries are auto replied by another email with a new ref. number
