He received $1m ~1 month ago from @Pauly0x which counts as ordinary taxable income. (Ultra generous gift)

He can write off only $3,000 of the the $390,000 in capital losses per year from ordinary income.

So all in all he owes $100k to California and $380,000 to Fed. ~$480k total.

He nets $130,000 in his pocket after taxes with a $387,000 capital loss carryover to offset against future gains.

Monday 11 September we launch between 18:00 - 21:00 UTC.

We know this causes a lot of angry girl friends, but we need a window to ensure a safe and good launch.

LIQUIDITY UPGRADE (and light tokenomics changes)

We knew we would have a good launch, but we caught even more hype and volume than we expected. This is why we have decided to add more liquidity.

OLD: 300k tokens with $195k for 25% liq/mcap ratio
NEW: 500k tokens with $309k for 38% liq/mcap ratio

Tokens will come from treasury. In the docs we counted airdrop tokens in the circulating market cap, but airdrop will be done later as communicated.

Market cap changes based on this:
OLD: $1.57m (including airdrop which will come later)
NEW: $1.63m (excluding airdrop with liquidity changes)
FDV stays the same

TOKEN AND LIQUIDITY LOCKING

In order to secure safety for our holders we have decided to partner up with @UNCX_token, the most battletested locker with the highest TVL.

We will lock up liquidity and tokens as soon as possible after launch, but will need to do it carefully as it will be immutably locked for many years.

WAY FORWARD

Not everything will be available from the start, as mentioned in the Twitter thread.

Below you can see our planning, we will communicate more on this after launch.

As mentioned before, revenue share will not be enabled straightaway but after a few days, accrued rewards from first period will be distributed after.
