@OCO_ireland said: “It is the idea that they are not being listened to. A child and parent and the GP are the ones that report this.
“They know when a child is changing. They know after six months that a child is in a different space than they were. They send that information up the line and nobody is listening.
“Nobody is taking it on board and changing their position on the waiting list or asking them to come in for an extra consultation.
@SimonHarrisTD @DonnellyStephen are actually a massive part of the problem at this point. They are well aware of parents who have raised concerns for their children … Serious concerns. They are choosing to do nothing. This is really shameful.
Fantastic morning hearing pg students presenting reflections on their learning from year one of the Post Graduate in Palliative Care Social Work. Wonderful learning opportunity for any sw interested in palliative care in all settings @QUBSSESW@bankhead1971@reenamurphy58
Nobody wants to see strike action but @Hselive unreasonable response to reasonable requests for a career pathway have driven HSCPs out of the agency, leaving those remaining in poorly governed, medical model led services. Not good for workers or people who use services!
