@thismorning my daughter’s flight was cancelled on Sunday night at Palma with easy jet. The one easy jet staff member at east jet kept shouting it is up to you to make your own flight arrangements. They have had to pay £1500 to book another flight today

@easyJet my daughter has had to pay £1500 plus two night accommodation because of you cancelling flight yesterday with no notice and easy jet staff at palma airport refused to help and told people they would have to make their own arrangements. Utter disgrace
