@FOXTEL_Help Could someone please help me. For nearly 3 hours I have tried to get a replacement IQ box for one that no longer works. I was on an online chat for 75 + minutes, it was ended by your consultant without a solution.

@Telstra unbelievable. Absolute disgraceful service. After being on the phone for 1 hour 18 minutes, my issue was not resolved. During this time I asked 7 times to be put through to a supervisor within your so called “Gold Member support”service centre and was refused!! Dreadful.

@qldhealthnews I am so angry. The actions of these 2 will have a massive ripple effect, they knew what they were doing and have put so many people in danger. I hope they get charged, fined and experience the full extend of the law. 😡
