Maximizing the ‘Comic Sans trick’
Use Comic Sans
Ask self “why does this work?”
Write
Reach an end point (literally w/e u want)
Decide you’re tired of looking at that abomination of font design
Switch back to *Fav Font* (any)
Exclaim to self “now I’m noticing every typo!”
Write like the ghosts of all the women in history who weren't allowed to write are standing next to you wondering what a laptop is and why you're still in your pajamas.
[at a gender reveal party]
Karen: so blue smoke means it’s a boy, and pink smoke means it’s a girl
me: everyone ready?
guests: three, two, one...!
[white smoke emerges from the chimney]
me: just as I thought, it’s a new Pope
Me: How do I waste so much time?
*earlier*
Stops what I’m doing. Picks up cat, dances around for five minutes, and sings the “are you a baby? Yes you’re my baby” song
It's about time for our yearly Halloween costume reminder:
DON'T BE A RACIST FOR HALLOWEEN!
This includes, but is not limited to:
- blackface - brownface
- yellowface - redface
- "native" - "geisha"
- "mexican" - "g*psy"
- "terrorist" - “rasta man”
@philiptav12 The (false) assumption that “it’s harder to raise a daughter” is sexist. If that’s the reason someone doesn’t want a daughter then it’s grounded firmly in sexism.
