@thetrainline@SW_Help Thanks James. I’ve sent my booking number and a photo of the tickets. The train was faulty, and as it’s a single line through Godalming, all the subsequent trains were delayed, and would not have got me into London on time for my meeting. So I abandoned my journey.
@thetrainline Hi, my @SW_Help train this morning was delayed due to a fault with the brakes, so I decided not to travel. Your website says “if you decide not to travel, you are entitled to a full refund”, but then it says my ticket is non-refundable. What do I do?
@1PercentClubITV the question is often v small on-screen. You should keep it full screen for viewers - we don’t need to see the contestants working it out, we need to see the question!
@DublinAirport one of your security men at baggage check in T2 just told passengers to “join a f***ing queue and hurry up”. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

@easyJet your online CS is dreadful - you have changed my flights to a time that I can’t do, and the online advisors are taking two hours to respond to questions, then closing the chat if I don’t answer in 2-3 minutes! After 3 attempts still no progress.

@AArmstrong_says We had three bikes nicked from our garage. Advertised a few days later on Gumtree. Got in touch with the “seller”, got the address etc to go “buy” them. Told the police and they said there was nothing they could do, even though we had serial numbers, photos, etc. Shocking.
@british_airways My husband has spent 40 mins with your call centre, trying to cancel one leg of one person's journey on a family holiday. Your colleague said we need to cancel all our flights for the family and rebook it all, at higher prices, less one leg?! This can't be right.
