@HM_Passport Was informed by one of your staff this morning that you have lost my son's passport! This is despite confirming receipt of it since 3rd Sept! We fly this Friday - I'm so stressed - what are my options now?!

@passportwaiting Are you average waiting times based on from when documents are received? Mine has gone into processing… just wondering if you know if this makes a difference? Some people seem to skip this step altogether

@MrsHeather8 @Catheri93331915 @HM_Passport I did just manage to get through to them on the phone but tbh they couldn’t help as it isn’t ‘life or death’ 😩 Looking at other messages they seemed to be approving ones that went to processing a couple of days before mine 2 days ago so I’ve got a little bit of Hope left it

@MrsHeather8 @Catheri93331915 @HM_Passport I had the exact same thing happen. Two identical text messages 20 days apart! They only recorded receiving the documents on 3rd Sept but i sent them way before that too :( Which office did you send yours too?
