@hannahDJory I did thank you, passport arrived 5.45pm the night before I was due to fly. So stressed but worked out fine in the end.

I think I'm going to make the flight on Friday. Two phone calls to the Glasgow office last Friday and last night, not sure if it helped but I was polite and even though both ladies said it's in the queue and there's nothing I can do but wait, you never know if it helped.
