I never really do these sort of close up portrait drawings, so I challenged myself to do a small series of them.. this is the first one, sort of a glam photoshoot sorta thing, and since I can't just draw anything solely contemporary.. she has mermaid scales

because of all the small individual items that you can barely see, lol
also, I definitely spent way too long on all the things on the wall.. colours look cool though, i think idk, I had fun working on this, so I guess it was worth the time
