Below Grade rescue: At 1:41 AM, @dcfireems responded to find a man approx. 30 feet down a narrow storm drain at l-395 N\B & Maine Ave SW. A firefighter was lowered into the hole & secured the victim, who was lifted to safety via a rope system & transported with serious injuries.
