THE DAY SHE REALIZED THOSE MEN HAD BEEN LYING TO HER ABOUT WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED IS THE DAY SHE WENT TO THE FUCKING POLICE. STOP USING STATEMENTS SHE MADE BEFORE LEARNING THE TRUTH AS PROOF SHE CONSENTED TO ACTS SHE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW OCCURRED. YOU BITCHES ARE FUCKING SLOW.
@nnnnnnxox I feel like Destiny also had a thing for Hasan. I saw a video the awhile back when they were friends & Destiny was just handsy and grabbing Hasan even tho he was clearly uncomfortable & saying stop over & over. It went on for 10-15 mins too. It was very weird.
who does it benefit for the masses to believe Gen Z is a bunch of hopeless, disrespectful, maladjusted losers?
do people really not remember how Millennials and Gen X got the same treatment during their 20s?
it's conditioning, propaganda, a tool of political control.
@firenginereds gas is $5, the whole summer fruits and veg were giving people life threatening diarrhea, the unnecessary Iran war, and every other person from the ages of 19-60 has been unemployed for the last 8 months.
like let’s stay focused please!!
@MushyStuff__ Yeah, just BS to get young working people to fight or blame people struggling right now for their own misfortune despite the fact that we’re in a crisis
funny how all these rules about "professionalism" in the workplace mostly only apply to women and them having to put in extra effort, time, and energy into "maintaining" or altering their appearances while men show up in a polo with greasy hair and still get promotions loool
Why are you all pressuring the zoomers to not do something completely arbitrary and innocuous instead of pressuring the hiring managers to not reject people over complete arbitrary and innocuous things?
The amount of mental gymnastics at play here is actually impressive.
It's not about the coffee for THEM either, dipshit. It's about the fact that hiring decisions ultimately fall on bullshit, arbitrary, shallow character judgements based on minor, UNSPOKEN social faux pas
I hate to be the “let’s jump into a call” person because I don’t like it either but some people are genuinely so bad at reading and comprehension that I’d rather spend 5 mins verbally talking something out than emailing/messaging back and forth all day when I have shit to do.
@CaptainSeas@brian_is_tired Some people can walk and chew gum at the same time. Sometimes having something to sip on actually helps people focus. A lot of ADHD people function this way. So no.
Yeah dude they’re not mad about the coffee because they’re millennials. It’s because they’re uptight conservative bullies that are bored with themselves.
If I were interviewing someone, I’d be more interested in what they had to say and probably wouldn’t even notice the coffee. A lot of millennials think the iced coffee thing is irrational/silly too.
I love how millenials have exposed that they are workplace bullies in this discourse unprompted. Admitting that they dont wanna work with someone bc they're mildly annoying and management not hiring them is sth they agree with=we will push out people we dont like for dumb reasons
I'm convinced the loudest of you don't have fucking jobs or at minimum, have never worked in a traditional office job.
Do you guys forget Gen X exists??? Do you know how old management/department heads are? Do you think 30-45 year olds are setting corporate standards and policy?
The woman who started this Discourse said she doesn’t like iced coffee bc it makes her feel like this interview is a “stop in your day”. It hurt her ego.
And that it doesn’t show the interviewer ‘mutual respect’ as though any of this companies even pretend to respect workers
If I had to hazard a guess? Most of Gen Z has spent their entire adult lives in a job market where recruiters lie their way through multiple interviews for a job that isn't actually hiring, which makes it pretty galling that they also get mad at you for drinking a latte
@KheriMoura74501@jesibelle@A12324561A@JodieWoahdie I get if you had many siblings, but you didn’t have to be middle class to own a PC by mid 2000s. there was a huge used/refurbished market at that point. My friend’s parents worked Kroger and had one before me.
