Men are the happiest when they are building.
Getting in shape.
Growing their wealth.
Working on a business.
Improving their skills.
Fully committed on a goal.
Seeing their sacrifices paying off.
Progress makes men feel alive.
In my early training days, most people I knew tried to build strong legs by armoring them with an extra layer of thick muscle.
Bigger meant better.
Mr. Chicken Legs aka I envied them for years.
But after deepening my practice I recognized one thing.
Their tree-trunk legs didn't serve them well outside in the real world.
I knew that there had to be more!
And as luck wanted it, I found the idea of Bamboo Legs.
This method aims to strengthen your legs.
Make them resilient to injury, and keeps them versatile for real-world scenarios.
You can start like in the video below.
- Take a Medicine Ball with 3-5 kilograms.
- Start with squatting.
- Change the position of the ball with every rep.
- After 10 reps switch to holding it with one arm only
Variation is the centerpiece of this exercise.
Be playful.
BUT put your repetitions into it.
You want to do at least 15-25!
No rest.
Start your week with sore legs!
Woohoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great exercise for people who sit at desks.
It's called an Elephant Walk.
It targets the muscles in the posterior chain—namely, the back, glutes, hamstrings & calves.
Start on a platform & aim for 10 reps each leg.
As you get more flexible lower it down to increase mobility.
My top 3 supplements:
1. Creatine
2. Magnesium
3. Whey protein
I use creatine & whey protein for building muscle.
I use magnesium for sleep, recovery & improved cognition.
You need 3 habits:
A physical habit like lifting, cardio, or sports.
A mental habit like reading, writing, walking, or meditation.
A learning habit like reading, learning a new language, or getting coaching.
Having all 3 makes for a fuller life.
We often have pain or posture problems because our pulling muscles are weak.
There is little strength to pull and hold the weight of your arms toward your body, so they fall forward.
These four home towel exercises build the pull strength that stops the collapse.
Watch your posture change before your eyes:
Glycine is not just for sleep!
Glycine is the main amino acid that your body uses to make collagen, which provides strength for muscles, skin, hair, joints, etc.
It’s also a major component of creatine & glutathione, which is known as the “master antioxidant.”
