How hypocritical, considering the birthright citizenship of Trump's children..

[Dan Rather @DanRather]

Think about this headline: "Trump claims he can defy Constitution and end birthright citizenship" - VP Pence echoes, says Supreme Court may back Trump. Objective Analysis: this is moving from outrageously absurd to truly dangerous. A president says he can defy the constitution!

They saw a lady paying for her gas with pennies and he gave her some money. Not knowing she had just lost her husband and was having a tough time.

So, apparently, that's what reconciliation looks like 🙄
The Supreme Court of Canada is far far behind with the times..

[Alicia Elliott - AND THEN SHE FELL out now! @WordsandGuitar]

In other words, Indigenous people have no say in any legislation that affects them and if they don't like it, too bad. This is the same colonialism we've always encountered. This is the same paternalism. Nothing has changed and reconciliation is a brand.

@APainPrincess Its true. And the grieving process never stops. At some level and 18 years later a part of me still mourns the loss of myself. However, I refuse to give up and give in to CSS and CRPS.

@Al_Entertains I died on the operating table fighting cancer and Wake Me Up When September Ends nearly became my kids song. I feel for Billie Joe, having to be reminded every single year to wake up by fans who think they're funny.
