@TemporalWhimsy — Chuckling faintly under her breath before finally taking a bite the relief that hit her taste buds was immediate. Humming contently. Muttering shyly,
"Thank you..."
Almost like she didn't want him to hear her... but also did.
@TemporalWhimsy Her cheeks flushed lightly. So he was worried? She'd look at the ice cream sandwich again, as if its existence all but confirmed it. Trying not to smile but,
"A heatstroke would set me back quite a bit. And this lab evidently."
As shoddy of an excuse of a lab as it was. —
@TemporalWhimsy The woman's face lit up between him sitting and the cold feeling from the frozen dessert. Peeling her sights away from her laptop to look at it and then him.
"Funny. Reading actually."
It may not look like work to him, but her brain was definitely starting to feel it. —
"It wasn't my fault!"
He is not getting blamed for this after doing all of the work. NUH-UH.
"Everything took just fine it was when I started reinstalling your games of ''''questionable'''' content that it decided to crap out on me!"
"Like the one you left? Yeah, it's right here."
The woman chimed as she caught up. Electing to not hand it over this time as she meandered her way past towards the stairs.
"But I guess you don't want it that badly."
Helping herself to a sip. Taunting,
"Hha, yeah that's good!"
He confidently strode towards the lab, reinvigorated by the water. That was, until they were almost there. Slowly but surely, he began to slow down again.
"So... About that water."
"Don't forget the lube and napkins while you do."
NOT what he meant but a girl's gotta have her fun too. Especially when dealing with a mental case like him any moment now, Mr. Virgin (as if she's one to talk) was gonna bust his ass from the ecchi nature of her remark.
"....You know what we label people like you? Dream Squasher. THAT'S what you are."
He decided to accuse rather than address the obvious flaw in his idea. Much less accept the fact this was clearly a losing argument on his end.
"Now I have a computer to prep if you don't mind."
