Any dot inspired drawings can be handed in at the office, to the class teacher or straight to Mr Keer.
Here is an example of one of four pictures handed in by Charlotte from @firsideyear4 today. Thank you Charlotte!
In Tuesday’s Year 3 and 4 assembly Mr Keer challenged children to create a picture starting with a dot, based on the story The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds. This tells the story of a pupil who thought they couldn’t draw, but was challenged by her teacher to be brave enough to try.
Thank you to everyone who attended Prom on the pitch tonight and a huge well done to all the performers! We managed to escape the worst of the weather and it only started raining in the last few minutes! Congrats to Mrs McCash @MFirside on organising her tenth Prom on the pitch!
Year 4 @FirsideJunior are all ready for you to come and 'milk' Daisy the cow! A prize for the fastest time.
Firside Festival running from 5 - 9pm. Look forward to seeing you!
Tomorrow sees the start of rehearsals for our annual school play which this year is 'Wind in the Willows'. Children from Y4-6 have signed up to be actors, singers and crew members and we can't wait to see the end performances on Tuesday 2nd July. #breakaleg
What a week for Year 4 @FirsideJunior! All of the children are back safely from Holt Hall. Thank you to everyone who helped, however a special mention must go to Miss Ramsey for all her organisation and planning over the past few months - it is so appreciated!
For the @FirsideJunior Year 4 children who were not at Holt Hall today, there was a special treat this morning. They were shown the EFL Championship trophy won by @NorwichCityFC this year. They were told about the history of the trophy & got the chance to ask questions.

Thoroughly enjoyable 2+ days with our fantastic children from @FirsideJunior visiting @HoltHallNorfolk . Great to see every child engaging with & learning more about nature. Special thanks to Mrs D & Mr K for all their hard work. I think a lot of 4N will sleep well tonight!
@walshywinner@FirsideJunior Sorry we didn't see your message until we got back today. We did have a fantastic time thank you and loved having Lexie with us! Hope she sleeps well tonight. ☺
Prehistoric Survival @HoltHallNorfolk this morning involved building shelters, campfires, gutting fish and then cooking & eating them! @FirsideJunior really got involved in the activities.
