I'm not here anymore.
I feel that I can no longer contribute to this place and everything it has come to stand for. If you want to stay in contact, you can follow me on the places listed below.

We are starting to prepare our next release, 4.2.0 (https://t.co/uS2LDhiRqa). This is your friendly reminder that if you haven't pinned to a specific version of Cake, you should do it now :-) 📌 🍰 https://t.co/l53g14WCp3
📦📅 Package of the week: SpectreKit 📅📦
Still under development by @firstdrafthell, SpectreKit is a console library that takes the pain out of rendering tables, rich text and other content. https://t.co/KfALEzPzaS #swift#tui
Always amazed at how often I'll get an OSS library bug report, and have it turn out that they're using a 5+ year-old library version. How does "try updating to current" not feature in folks' "fix it" list *ahead of* "log a bug with the library"?
While most of you can’t speak up for Palestine, you can donate money to vetted non-profits that help Palestinians in need.
Donate to “HEAL Palestine” (new) or the Palestinian Children Relief fund - both founded by @Stevesosebee - and the latter has an impecable record
@MrKrashan@Donzanoid There are no exceptions in traditional sense, but errors that you "throw". Just like in Rust you either have to propagate them to the caller (with ?) or evaluate them (with match).
In Swift you propagate errors with "try" prefix.
```
// Not like C#/Java
try doSomething()
```
Then, an even smaller cohort appear unable to deny how unjustifiable this all is, but refuse to admit the systemic, genocidal nature of Israeli war crimes. It’s just a “couple of bad apples,” they say, despite all evidence to the contrary. 16,000+ dead children cannot be a couple “bad apples” to say the least.
@JezCorden I have a PC that can be used for gaming, but I can't bother with everything surrounding it. I know that games I buy will play well on my PS5 or Xbox.
