@tcn59 I appreciate how it seems unfair to take this title from them! However, as a Clinical Educator who is very much supporting these nurses, it gives me some ease that they are not having the ‘Nurse’ title! We have been told they aren’t allowed to do medications unsupervised

@tcn59 Until there PIN numbers are active! Therefore you can imagine with a nurse title they would more likely get used for tasks they are not qualified to undertake. They are receiving a wage for their commitment which I think is fantastic!
