@AmericanAir can you please start enforcing boarding groups?! The past few months half the plane boards with group 1. I am group 2 and just boarded and have no overhead space within 4 rows of my 9E seat.

@AskTSA Can you please ensure that the individuals at SFO in TSA Pre-check receive additional training? They were by far the most incompetent & ill-equipped TSA staff I have ever encountered. The supervisor would also benefit from customer service and leadership training.
