Formally introducing scouti. π
Everyone says don't go invent a new thing. I still did.
I've thought for a while that user feedback is underrated. You wanna know why users churn, or their real workflow using your app?
Scouti can help.
it captures a user's thought in the moment β when they're about to churn, when they just hit something annoying, when their workflow actually branches.
Here's what it looks π, cheers
@GohilHardy Hey let's grow together. I am building scouti https://t.co/jQiMmPASL3 - capture your users' thoughts in the moment - what they hate, why they churn

@bboym0dE I couldn't agree more, especially if AI can give us the ability to gather user feedback in a way that is timely, fast, and scalable.
But having said that, It is quite difficult to get users to realize just how much potential user feedback actually has.
@realtheoecom The pace of your growth feels amazing. Keep it up and continue to push!
Regarding user churn, need to conduct some user interviews. Engage in direct dialogue with our users to understand the underlying reasons so that we can make necessary improvements.
God of X, I believe bunch of people want to understand their users better - why they churn, why they don't pay.
Please use your algorithm to let some of them see my post, my product will make their wish come true.
@cesaralvarezll Hey, hope it's not too late. I think exit survey is right, but if you can have talk in-depth with user when that moment happend that would be a killer. I am building a "user thought instant capturer" that may solve your problem, can we talk more?
@MorganFeeney There are a lot of feedback boards out there. but I think the most important thing is capturing what users are thinking the moment it happens, not after.
Hey, I'm actually working on something that I think could help you with exactly this. would you like to chat a bit?
One year building. codex, claude code β half help, half battle.
Scouti's at 363,716 lines now. complicated project. spent way too much time reviewing just to keep it clean.
Might not be successful yet, but it gotta be beautiful!
what's the line count of your project?

Postiz is on $145k MRR!
Right now, we are growing by $1k MRR per day (some days are better) and will probably hit $2m ARR this week.
But how can Postiz be growing that fast?
What about the competitors?
Why do some of them even struggle to pass the $1k MRR?
This is my point of view on the subject.
But it relates to everyone.
Try to listen. It might help you with your startup.
@Hugo_Gstar I am validating my product. Need real user's real use case. So the cost is on me for this period. For you, take this case as example, it can pop up and ask if the trial setup too complicated, right after user bounce or other things like what do they think of the pricing.
