Progress Update!
We trained our beneficiaries how to to tailor shirts, dresses, skirts, etc. and today we can happily show off the products of their work. One of the visitors from #JICA poses in a shirt made by Bwoga Annet, one of FIST-Uganda's beneficiaries. #socialjustice
Together with the help of funders, we have had the opportunity to train and empower over 100 women and teenage girls in learning tailoring skills. This is #empowering them to create additional sources of income that can help them improve their standards of living. #socialjustice

Happy Friday all! This here was the highlight of our week. We had visitors from the Japan International Cooperation Association. They love the practical skills that FIST-Uganda is teaching the youth, men, and women in rural communities within Jinja district. #socialjustice
