@BasedBiohacker I’ve been taking it near daily for a year. If I skip a day or two or even more, there’s no crash, just the sleep debt that was already there. If I’m exhausted and sleepy this lifts me out of it with no jitters. It’s not habit forming cuz there’s no euphoria. I’m awake, not high.

@blackdumpling You’re right. At times the thing that held me back was imagining my daughter mourning. Waking up and forgetting I was gone and breaking into tears seeing an empty spot in bed. I did think I was holding everyone back, that life would be smoother without me.
