Exercise is not just for people who want to lose weight.
It’s also for anyone looking to…
- Get stronger & fitter
- Improve their mood/mental health
- Move with less pain
- Improve their sleep
- Reduce stress levels
- Improve energy levels
- Feel better about themselves
"Your entire life happens inside your body. It's the one home you will always occupy and can never sell.
But you can renovate it.
If you can only pick one habit to build, exercise might be the one. Everything is downstream from how your body is functioning."

The thing that’s hard, that requires action and consistent effort, but will lead to a happier, healthier you?
It’s probably not going to get any easier, so do it now, rather than thinking you’ll do it later.
Your future self will be so glad you did.

You’ve made it to the end of another tough year, good job!
Take time to congratulate yourself for all your achievements, big and small.
Remember all the positives, and let that good energy see you into 2022 with a sense of accomplishment and pride.
You’ve done well 😉
Stop wasting your energy fighting against the things you need to do if you want to bring positive change into your life.
Change is hard, and can be scary and uncomfortable.
But so is giving into your fears and not taking action because you’re worried it will be too difficult.
Fluctuations in weight, energy, strength and mood are all totally normal, and to be expected. It is just part of life.
If we can understand this, and stop giving ourselves a hard time when we feel like we are not at our best, we will be happier.
Let’s be kinder to ourselves!
Want to improve your mood?
Try one of the following…
Go for a walk.
Do some exercise.
Dance around your kitchen.
Do some gardening.
Doing some form of movement is a great way to feel happier!
If you follow your current daily routine and habits, what will your life look like 6 months or a year from now?
If you don’t think much will have changed, it may be time to build better habits into your daily life.

When choosing a new habit many people seem to ask themselves “What can I do on my best days?”
The trick is to ask, “What can I stick to even on my worst days?”
Start small. Master the art of showing up. Scale up when you have the time, energy, and interest."

Looking after your mental health should always be your first priority.
If the goals you’ve set yourself don’t allow this, maybe you need to rethink them.
Is having a six pack or seeing a certain number on the scale worth sacrificing your happiness for?

"Most of the excuses I made..
-not enough time
-not enough money
-not enough knowledge
-not the right connections
were just ways to avoid the real bottleneck: Not enough courage.
There was always a small step I could have taken—if I had the guts to take it."

Are you feeling tired and sluggish?
Getting the following basics right can make a huge improvement to how you feel.
-Getting enough quality sleep (7-8hrs)
-Drinking enough water (1.5-3L)
-Eating nutrient dense, whole foods
-Exercising
-Spending time in nature
"In many cases, the bottleneck to achieving results is making the time to do the work.
You're capable of exercising, but are you making the time?
You're capable of writing, but are you making the time?
You're capable of reading, but are you making the time?"
