The refunds should not flow all the way back to the end consumer. Those that imported with the tariffed, higher amounts took on huge risks: risks of cancellation of orders, being stuck with higher priced inventory, risk of higher-than-budgeted costs upon receipt due to tariff changes… thinking that importers owe anything to their customers is a complete lack of understanding of business.

To increase professionalism, you need to raise standards. Trying to be everything to everyone is the common way that standards get lowered. Unfortunately teachers are meeting students where they are instead of demanding commitment and meritocracy. Stop looking to place blame to deflect from real results.
